Take this into a visit

  1. Tap the basics and current needs. Medi-Cal and SFHP start as Yes for your caseload and can be changed under Coverage. Leave other uncertain answers as “Not sure.” Age, diagnosis or a checked box alone does not establish eligibility.
  2. Explore the results. Each service explains its screening criteria, missing questions, intake steps and official sources. “Potential fit” means worth discussing.
  3. Check what is already in place. Choose whether the client is receiving it, has applied, or wants help. Pending applications get a follow-up action instead of a duplicate application.
  4. Add a few next steps to the plan. Choose an owner and follow-up date, then copy or print the plan into your approved documentation workflow.
  5. Tap New visit before the next client. Answers are kept only in this open page. Reloading clears the visit. No names, case IDs or personal notes are requested.

On your iPad

Open this link in Safari. In Share, choose Add to Home Screen, then open it like an app. Use your own signed-in account for this private tool.

When reception drops

The resource library can be available after it has loaded online and “Offline library ready” appears. External applications, official websites and calls still need a connection. Private sign-in may need internet when you reopen the app. Keep the visit open while offline.

Client answers

The app does not save visit answers to a server or browser storage. Copies and printouts are created only when you request them. Use your program’s approved place for any retained client information.

Benefits and immigration questions

No immigration status is inferred or required here. Individual benefits categories, public-charge questions, travel advice and exceptions need current qualified review. This tool shows where to ask.

This clears the current visit answers and action plan, then prefills Medi-Cal and SFHP for your next client. Copy or print anything you want to keep first.
